Recently bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe!! Amy & Melanie were a pleasure to deal with, but there are many issues that haven't been addressed. The front bumper was promised to be painted and wasn't. I also paid to have the front seat fixed and it wasn't. The car came with a dead battery, tires failed Manitoba safety, and they SHIPPED THE CAR TO THE WRONG DEALERSHIP!!! I gave an address for the car to be shipped and it was 100% ignored. It was sent to the wrong address, and the dealership it was sent to, had no idea why the car was there, or who it was for? This is not good business.. Promises were not kept, no responsibility was been taken as I waited 32 days to get a car, that was here in Manitoba 2 weeks before I was aware of anything. This dealerships has done nothing to make things right.. DUCLOS good business is about integrity, customer experience, honesty, and trust. Terrible customer experience, very dishonest, and I have no trust in you at this point. Don't promise things you cannot commit to. Business should not be conducted in this manner. Please show customers that you care? You still haven't addressed the other promises which were made, with the front bumper and seat? Didn't even get a phone call to explain why they didn't commit to their promises! This shows they have no integrity.

We bought our van here 2 years ago. And now we trade for our new dodge ram 1500. We are really happy with the deal. We will keep going to this dealer. Nice staff, knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible !!! Tried online to book a service appointment never any reply . Called to confirm an appointment with receptionist she hung up on me, called back again and they put me on hold for 10 min , phone went silent !!! tried again next day she transferred me to someones answering machine. All this for a oil change imagine , Called Cornwall jeep they answered booked a service and everything went great. Guess what garage has my service from now on.

First time at this dealership, my appointment was respected without any wait time. Everyone seemed quite friendly, Pamela handled my lease transfer very efficiently and with no fuss... 20 minutes and all was done. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever !! Rude staff with no respect for customers.I talked to a lady who works there, she didnt speak well english but that's fine .. but everytime I call her she just hang up before I finish talking .. also she doesn't want to talk to me because I speak fast and she doesn't understand me" what an excuse lol.I asked for an appointment to talk to her in person but she refused to give me one.I was reading the reviews of this dealer and I saw a guy wrote something very true .."Read the contract before you sign it"I wish all this never happened.. what a disappointment."

Seen some specials they had that on the internet went to see their cars there pretty good selection pretty good service I would recommend buying a car there

This is the best jeep and truck dealer ( Ram 4 × 4 ) in montreal and Outskirts of montreal.It's a very professional, humble, and realistic company.Had a beautiful experience with them. I exchanged my BMW X 5 for a 4 x 4 truck ram. They did not waste time and got my deal through financing part pretty quick.

Bought a truck from them. Been less than 2 months. They had changed the brakes but the technician forgot to reconnect the parking brake. I am yet to get this issue addressed or even acknowledged. Very disappointed. Also their vehicle inspection is left to be desired. This is my first dodge purchase and most likely the last.
