Went here for a birthday party it was nice and clean and not overwhelming crowded which was nice especially with younger kids. Food wasn’t bad we had pizza and chicken tenders.The only complaint would be they should have more than one rep at the front. When we arrived it took over 3-4 minutes for her to let us know to sign the waiver on the computer as she was dealing with another customer. Than to sign us in to our party it was a long wait. She could have used the help. Same with leaving they have to check your stamp but it was again only the one girl dealing with a customer, has a group of us waited to exit. Maybe it was just this day but it was a Saturday so you can assume you’re business will be busy.

Friendly staff and a good variety of North American and Korean foods. The place was also very clean for having so many kids running around. The arcade games leave some room for improvement and you need to actively supervise your children's play but those are my only complaints.After looking at many options they were the most economical with their birthday parties for young children.

I didn't order food myself but the kids food looked good, and it was probably the cleanest and best kept playplace we've been to. Also had wonderful service by the staff and the kids had a blast! They even have a bouncy castle setup which was a lot of fun. We will definitely return!

Good for parties. You can get a room with karaoke. They have a decent selection of food (pizza, chicken, Korean food, snacks, and drinks). The playground and bouncy area is spacious; adults can go inside to supervise. There's arcade for kids but only a few arcade games.Staff was friendly, accomodating, and very generous. They gave us what we need and ask for and they're generous with freebies.

RPS indoor playground was one of the best playgrounds I've been to. Its smaller than the rest but I like it as I can always see where my kids are. The weekend aren't overly busy which is nice as we can enjoy the time with the family. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff for making me and my family feel welcomed.

Super disappointed in this place now compared to my last visit three years ago. They no longer allow you to bring in a birthday cake unless you’ve booked a birthday room. Don’t even bother playing the games, some don’t work at all, one completely shut off in the middle of our game and some take credits from your play card but then don’t work. They are understaffed and the staff they have don’t seem to care too much. There used to be better toddler options here but not anymore. There’s a lot of features missing that used to make this place more friendly towards all ages. It also feels very dark and dingy now. Even my 13 year old noticed how dirty the playground was. The bathrooms were not very clean or maintained.

Great fun place to be with the kids especially in bitter winter as they get their dose of activity and you get to interact with them. There is also a cafe and a restaurant that serves food a bit costly per my opinion but okay. Take note that the facility does not allow any outside food or beverages.

Has really gone down hill over the last couple years. It used to be clean inside, now it is just grungy.First observation is that it is oddly dark in there. At first I thought it was just me, but then other parents were commenting too.They have tons of tables inside, which is great. But they were all filthy, covered in crumbs and chairs askew… like no one has tidied or sanitized in quite some time. Tons of garbage & literal dust bunnies kicking around in the play structures.There is tons of broken equipment throughout the playground. Some blocked off (like the ball shooters), others left hanging broken for kids to access (like the sea saw). Many of the games are also broken.The restaurant food was really pricy. While I appreciate that it is homemade, a plate of fried chicken with 2 dips & no side was 35.99. It was tasty, but really expensive.This place was clean and bright a couple years ago. Shame it’s gone down hill, as the layout of the play structure itself is great. Definitely not a toddler friendly place though! Shame there isn’t a baby/toddler area like the other YEG play places have. I don’t think we will be back.

This playground is large not have less kids, I don’t know why! Fried chicken is not bad, coffee is just so so. Very good deal to hold a birthday party here.

Had been here with my children to attend a birthday. Staff is helpful. Place us clean. Ample amount of parking space. We enjoyed our time at RPS :)
