Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Smittys Restaurant service was the worst it ever has been. My husband and I walked into the Restaurant at around 10:45am, thinking we would have a breakfast/lunch before shopping. Well that was a NO GO, we stood there for 20mins awaiting to be seated, with three waitresses standing there staring at us from the back. One even came to the till, and said absolutely nothing and walked away and then stood with the other two and stared again. My husband and I were not impressed and walked out. Will not be going there again! Service is terrible!!! We give them NO STARS, unfortunately had to put one in to put this review in.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Cute restaurant on the way out of the city. Angel is a wonderful server who has a cheerful attitude. We had a coffee and apple pie. I probably would have enjoyed the pie a bit more if it was warm and not cold straight from the fridge but I guess that is the style the restaurant serves it.

No customer service. Went there with family and was seated and was forgotten. Walked out after 20 minutes after being ignored. Won't recommend this place.

Came here for breakfast with my son and the waitress barely came to the table, my bacon was so soggy and chewy I tried to enjoy it but I just couldn’t. Only good thing was how fast I was seated, that my son got crayons to colour with, and that the other waitresses were much more friendlier and quick/efficient.

Very bad customer service when the waiter takes your money and than charges you a second time! Being completely robbed by the staff members. Very sad and pathetic! I highly recommend to never come here. Beware unfortunately.
