Right angle home inspections is the way to go for home inspections!!! We are first time home buyers and Jared was recommended to us by our realtor. Jared did a very thorough job with the inspection. He even found some old issues with the house that even the seller's inspector had not caught. Jared also made sure that we understood every step of the inspection process. He was also sharing insightful tips throughout the process(very helpful for first time home buyers!). The report was well written, self-explanatory and very easy to follow through.I will highly recommend Jared and Right angle home inspections.

We recently had a condo inspection with Jared and he was fantastic to work with! He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable and his report was detailed but easy to digest and understand. Best experience I have had so far I'm my home buying experience. Jared was great! Very thorough inspection, he provided pictures and detailed notes on everything. But the best part of the hole experienced is that Jared was extremely nice and personable. Definitely will be come back to him for any future inspection needs!

Jared was very prompt and helpful in getting back to us and scheduling our home inspection. Dave performed the inspection and took a great deal of time reviewing the home and also allowing me to follow him around so that he could explain what he saw, whether it was a possible issue or just good knowledge to have. I likely slowed him down, but it was greatly appreciated that he was willing to educate me while he performed his work. Dave even recapped some of the biggest concerns before we left the home to help me begin locating contractors for further investigation through the next stage of the buying process. The report was very thorough and extremely helpful to have during the negotiating process and now to be used as we learn about what maintenance we should perform in the future.

I received a very detailed and organized report with pictures and recommendations and Jared helped me when I had additional questions. Highly recommended!!

Jared arrived before our inspection was to start in order to prepare his equipment, and to be able to start the inspection on time. As a mechanical engineer, I was impressed with Jared's knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the building codes those systems were supposed to satisfy. Jared pointed out both good and not so good issues with the residence he was inspecting. He made sure I understood the point he was making. The final report that Jared prepared was easy to read and provided the basis for his comments so that my wife and I, as well as the sellers could understand.If necessary I would use Jared again, and recommend him to others.

Jared went above and beyond for our home inspection. He walked me through each issue and why it was important, he even pointed out things I should be aware of updating/keeping an eye on over the years. His report came quickly and had a ton of pictures and explanations which were so helpful.My parents and my electrician that I sent the report to were VERY impressed with how thorough he was. 12/10 would recommend!

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and were lucky to find Right Angle on Yelp. Jared responded to my inquiry within minutes, complete with a price quote, and we connected via phone the next day to get the inspection scheduled.
