This store is very inflexible and very unfriendly for returns. My favorite now is PetSmart where you can tell they care for the pets and guarantee all their products and services so you can shop with confidence.

We recently came in on a whim to see if they would have an adoptable cat for us. We wanted an older cat that needed a home and we found this wonderful 5 year old cat named Baron (we renamed him to Ambrose ) I have never had a more well behaved and sweet cat in my life. The staff allowed my kids to meet him and took the time to stay with us and help us through every step. Thank you so much for your help with everything!

Its been a minute since I've written a review. Anyhow today I took my dog appleton for a short field trip to the pet store. Despite covoid the trip to the pet store completely safe. The staff was eager to help. Store was clean. I didn't find the specific treat I went in for but I left with a variety of goodies for my pup. As long as my dog is happy thats great. The cashier was also very generous and offered me a decent amount of samples that was a added bonus. I will certainly be back on the short future.

The birds there are so much easier to handle here than the Pembina location. If we decide to get a Cockatiel, or another budgie, we will come here, though they seem to have more rabbits at Pembina.

Great experience from the store manager, Ben! He handled a frustrating matter swiftly, had a safety issue that led to a broken product. Ben was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us! Would definitely come back, based on our pleasant experience

Great for specialty pet items. Can be pricier than other shops but we always find what we need and more!
