This is the most un-sanitary bowling alley I have ever entered. Not only should every single one of the waitresses be working in a skid-roe strip joint (no definitly not attractive!!) the place has rats running accross the bowling alley floors, and it is just un sanitary. The bathrooms are filthy, I took my children there for my sons 4th birthday, I literally stayed for 5 minutes, and then seen how disgusting and un-professional this place is, I left. I do NOT suggest ANYBODY go to this disgusting place, if your into low class skid roe strippers, rats, mice, and un-sanitary nasty surroundings, this would be the place for you!!Brothers Bowling and Billards, clean up your place, or go out of business this is a disgrace!

Horrible service. The attendants forgot about us for 20 minutes. They wouldn't accept their own Groupon, stating the fact the we don't take them on the weekend, even tho it never states that anywhere. The equipment failed us twice. Chairs are broken with no warning signs. Just fall off the chairs. We waited so long we decided to just leave. No refunds.Seriously disappointed in the experience. If i could rate 0 I would. Feels like a place people bang hookers in the bathroom. Dont. Go. Here

Phone # on groupon is wrong - not assigned! No one answers the phone. When they do answer - the person sounded like they just got out of bed. Hello! Not even a Hello - Brothers Bowling. They said they were open at 4pm the day I did get a hold of them and at 4:20 after waiting 20 min - still no one there to open. - Be aware!

Very unimpressed. Planned a night out with my friends and husband and was very disappointed. First off we decided to go there because of their Groupon... Which they did not accept due to it being the weekend (says nothing on Groupon about not being valid on weekends). Place is very dirty and unorganized. Our lane broke down twice. The second time took so long we decided to leave and was not offered any kind of refund, not even an apology. There was not enough employees there to maintain the lanes or help people. Oh and their chairs were falling apart and my 7 week old son almost flipped over when I sat down because it was broken. Would not recommend to anyone.

Always love coming here. Best 10 pin bowling for miles, glow bowl is a good time and drinks are tasty. They also have other events and concerts and karaoke. One stop shop for a fun night

After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant whether I should even try them out. We planned a birthday party here for 20 people, I made reservations ahead of time, and left my name and number. On the day of, we arrived and the bowling alley was closed with a sign on the door that read closed due to technical difficulties". Very disappointing. No one called to notify us. Will not be back. This place is a complete dump! It is dingy, old, and has horrible hours. What place doesn't open until 4:00? They open late all the time (it has taken them until 2:45 to open when the sign said 2:00). This place needs a serious update, because everything is old and worn-out. The pinsetters are always breaking, and half of the score monitors don't work properly. It also is quite difficult to enter names when the keyboard is broken. The place overall just smells weird too.

Well.... this place smells like crap. When I first walked in I felt like I was breathing in mold from the building. Me and my friends messed up a throw, and then one of the workers stared watching and following us around. We pay to bowl not get watched by people.my experience here was very disappointing and I will never be coming back here again.

This place sucks. First of all told the lady we had an hour. Took 20 minutes to ring us in. Gave us shoes. Which were apparently sized wrong. My 6.5 felt like size 9's. Went up to ask to switch and she made me wait to ring in a family with 6 kids first. So now we have a half hr to play 2 games. The only balls they had were super heavy. And the people beside us were accusing us of stealing there balls. Which wasnt the case. The whole experience was bad. Never coming again.

First of all, the groupon didn't specify it cannot be used on the weekend. The place was dingy, worn, broken, and smelled awful. One of the chairs that we sat on was broken and my friends 7 week old child almost fell out of his carrier and onto the ground because of it. Our lane broke down more than once, and the employees took over 15 minutes to repair it. Would not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would. The employees didn't seem to know what was going on and didn't seem to care about anyone there. We all had to wash our hands multiple times to get the grimy dingy feeling off them, but the water was dirty in the washroom and the soap was watered down.... This is unacceptable!
