Excellent customer service. The only major caveat is raising premiums every 6 months with regularity and no claims filed.This occurred even before the current rising inflation.

Rodger came to the house to clean and oil a grandfather clock and cuckoo clock. 275 for grandfather clock and 50 for the cuckoo clock. After looking at the clock for less than a minute he determines it needs a rebuild for 1,600 or more. I declined as I could get a new movement for 550. He said he wouldn’t charge me which was nice of him, and I said thank you, could you do the cuckoo clock? “Nope I don’t do cuckoo clocks” well over the phone the lady said 50 for the cuckoo clock. “Nope, must have been a miscommunication” LOL what a joke how would she have a price if you didn’t do them? I’ve never left a review on any company but this was a horrible experience they had a 4.0 star review rating on google before I wrote this and a 1 star average on yelp. Similar reviews on there. This company and man (Rodger) is very disorganized and LAZY. Master Clock Repair By Michael Gainey will help you out. Do not let this man overhaul your clock unless it’s a true antique (pre-1920’s) replace the movement!! Lasts 20 to 40 years. A rebuild lasts 10 if you’re lucky!!
