it’s the worst. you have to wait even 2 hours and also if you have an appointment, they do not respect the schedule. HORRIBLE, run if you can ….

I had a great visit, my doctor’s pleasant demeanor and attentive nature definitely put me at ease so I highly recommend!!!.It is really rare to find a doctor that shows such genuine concern and care for a patient as a person and combines it with exceptional quality of medical care.THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!!!.

If I could give less than one star I would. Went in for a problem and the incompetent doctor would not listen to me or even look at the affected area.He checked a completely unrelated area and dismissed my concerns. If you value your life go to a different clinic. I will never go back to those quacks

Absolutely worst Dr's office ever!They never anwser there phone. There hasn't been a time I've called the line isn't line busy" and hangs up.Or when I do get through I'm on hold for sooo long.When I have a booked appointment I still do not get in until 2 hours after My appointment time.Worst clinic I have ever experienced"

Dr Nwadike is a very patient Doctor. i waited for some time to see him but he went through all the issues i had which was quite a long list. Very rare to get doctors to answer all your complaints in one visit. Very impressed.

I called 3weeks in advance to make an appointment, the receptionist I spoke to confirmed the appointment and went ahead and gave me my doctor’s email address to send the paper work to him.The day of my appointment, I call to confirm the time of the appointment; unfortunately the receptionist(Filipino) I spoke to was extremely rude, accused me of lying about my appointment and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked what her name was! I sent out a message to my doctor about my experience and I did-not get a reply back. My doctor is an amazing person but your receptionists are killing your business. They need to go for customer care training. You cannot treat people like trash.

Good luck trying to make an appointment. If it's not ringing busy then you will wait an hour on hold.Trying to get an appointment will not happen, they will push it out for weeks.I know will no longer be bringing my family to this unreliable practice.

Horrible! I have booked in multiple times and have been seeing a family doctor here for months but never a chance they were on time and following my appointment schedule. The last time I was here I had to wait for over an hour because the receptionist let another patient ahead of me only because She has to go to work" which was just very disappointing and UNFAIR! I booked an appointment maybe because I have tons of other important things to do too right? Today

Was just here today, and saw their brand new doctor. I’m unsure of her name, once I get it I will add it to this post but I have stage 3 endometriosis, fibroids and ovarian cysts. I’m unable to see my gynaecologist till Thursday next week, and i let the doctor know this so she told me she would give me something for pain until I’m able to see someone else. So on my way out of the clinic they asked me for my pharmacies information to fax over a prescription & so I gave it to them, stuck around for around 15 minutes and on my way out asked them if they faxed my prescription, they said they did. So I left & came home. I called the pharmacy to clarify that they received it & they said no. Well now 3 hours later there is still no prescription & she doesn’t even know what she’s doing. Will never go here again

I’ve never waited less than an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room. And can someone tell me why they think it’s alright to just take their phone off the hook whenever they feel like it?
