Friendly knowledgeable staff, prices comparable if not better than online, if they don’t have it in stock they will get it in quickly. Have purchased parts from them many times for various appliances and have not been disappointed. And they’re local!

I’m glad I found this place. I was looking for a replacement part for my 25 year old Whirlpool washer. Luckily, the gentlemen behind the counter had a part in stock. The customer service was stellar, and they even double checked to ensure the part I needed was correct. I installed the new part within minutes and my agitator is working again. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Can always count on this store to have the part I need or get it quickly for me. The guys are very knowledgeable. The hours of the store can be a bit of a hassle but for the quality of service, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are also very competitive. We've dealt with this store for our BBQ's Stoves, Fridges and dishwashers. We have rental properties and need to get stuff fixed quick, even for parts you wouldn't think they have in stock, they do!

Always have what I need if they don't have it in stock they order it for me and it comes in quick always happy and friendly environment if you need anything appliances this is the place .On another note. The bad review about a appliance and BBQ store not having a headlight for their car .... that's just hilarious made my day . Hahaha I think they meant to review part source not the part store lol

Ordered a part they told me it was being shipped that day. Two weeks later I still dont have it . I went to store 150km drive. Same story when I asked for them to call while I was there they refused. I then asked for a refund again they refused. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Good news from visa they refunded the order
