these folk do tremendous work for local women in need of a safe home.

Amazing people doing amazing things.

Of course it being non-profit organization they get a 5 star or they would be shounde against for not treat others respectfully

If I could give minus points for this organization I would. The actual Transition house is awesome and is totally excluded from that statement and what follows. That being said the community office and those who work there are neither interested in being helpful or have the right to call themselves a feminist organization. If you need help call the transition house itself , the community office staff are not properly educated nor qualified to hold the positions they do. I reached out for help after the sudden death of my son, I actually made an appointment and when I called at the specified time my calls went unanswered. I left several messages, also unanswered. Sad really. Thankfully I found support elsewhere.

This is a great place to get support for yourself and children. A caring place of non-judgmental practical help.

Important community resource.

Incredible services. They are picking up the slack of the public health crisis and mental health epidemic left behind by the legal system that routinely fails abuse survivors. Such incredible and compassionate staff. This organization deserves all the support you can give them.

I have received so much help support and compassion care and housing just what i needed to get me permanent housing and working in Greater Victoria thank you
