My wife and I have been coming here for our shoes, and every time have been met with excellent service. Even when busy, the staff take time to answer our questions and help us in our purchases. Alexis, has been exceptionally helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Can't say I was happy with the purchase made at the Granville store... purchased what I thought were brand new but they appeared as if they had been used before. Called them as soon as I arrived home (within a couple of hours.)Took it back the following week and obtained a refund on the shoes itself but they wouldn't refund the cost of insoles until I contacted their H/O customer service line.Manager said I was lucky to have received ANY refund because I did not have the packaging, which I had left behind before leaving the store. I did call back to notify them that I wasn't happy with the condition of the product and asked the original salesperson to retrieve and hold on to the packaging. She said, No problems

This is for Softmoc Online - not this particular store. I ordered a pair of boots, and received an email on the day they were arrive saying they were sold out. That should show on the website , not the day the item is to arrive!!!

Customer service is meh at the best of the times and when I was here this past weekend, it was pretty bad, especially the manager. (guy with long blonde hair) He didn't seem too interested in helping out and the poor young lady was on her own.I would have appreciated at least a 'please let me know if you need anything'; her priority was helping others and didn't seem to pay attention to me. When the manager finally came out because the store was getting busy, I had to point out that I wanted a pair of shoes in my size.I did not care for his attitude and won't be going back to this store ever again.

Very friendly staff but I didn’t ask her name. She was busy but tried to keep concerning for my shopping with my son. Furthermore she let me know that tax waved program as PST when I purchase for under 15 years old kids.Huge of store than I expected and fast service.Clean and available to keep distancing between other shoppers.

The Granville store has exceptionally poor customer service, if the staff even acknowledge you, which they usually don’t.I am 8 months pregnant and had to move 3 big boxes just to see the shoes behind all of the stock that was left on the floor. There were 2 staff members who watched me and acted like I didn’t exist. The place is a mess with shoes and boxes left everywhere.This is the second time in a row that I have left because it was such an unpleasant experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I knew I could find the selection and my final choice of a casual ankle boot -just by coming to SoftMoc. Great service and I felt good about what I have bought. They have an amazing selection of toddler and children’s runners!
