Attempted one delivery for my recipient a week ago -- proceeded to get the customer service run-around for over a week. Have given up on expecting them to receive their gift. Asked for a refund and not holding my breath for that either. Bit of a shame. Evidently some communication issues between Ottawa Flowers and Toronto.

We purchased a fruit and cheese basket for our son and his fiance to arrive on the day they were to be married, before Covid messed up their plans. They were thrilled with the basket, and I think it helped to take their minds of their sadness, for a short time anyway. They sent me pictures of the basket, and it was just as I had ordered. I had a couple of requests, and Arslan was able to fulfil this willingly. He was extremely pleasant and took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with both the product and the folks who run the Mississauga shop. I wish them continued success, especially through this difficult time, and would definitely recommend them. You might want to consider them when wondering what you can do to lighten the load of anybody having a difficult time during this grueling time. I know it put a smile on the faces of my family members. Thanks, Arslan!

Wow what a pleasant experience. Customer service was so friendly and accommodating. My gift basket was delivered on time, against all odds, to my friend who is picky about what she uses and eats. This place is very responsive to all queries. All of their gifts are fresh and affordable. The delivery service also is very fast and efficient. The delivery boy named James is very responsive to my questions and he gave me the assurance that my order will be delivered on the day that he committed. I will recommend this shop to others.
