Nettle Repair was awesome. Justin came out the same day I was having issues with my garage door opener.Super professional and courteous. Together we decided to replace my old ailing garage door opening with a new one that fit my budget and needs precisely.The install was real quick and painless. Unbelievably, incredible service experience! 20 year old G-door stopped working and called Nettle Repair. They answered the phone and were at my house 1.5 hours later. Repaired multiple things on the door to restore it to working condition and asked for my approval for everything they did. Door works better than it did 20 years ago! The cost was absolutely fair for the work they did. No question about that at all. Then followed up with an email that was the best service record and checklist that I have ever received from any company. Not a generic form with my address and a couple boxes checked. They took the time to put all the things we talked about, including new notes, and very specific to my door. Wait until you see that! This is my g-door guy forever! Please don't stop what you're doing Nettle and thank you!

Justin showed great customer care from the short time it took for him to get back with me, flexibility in scheduling the appointment and showing up on time. Once on site, Justin was excellent in diagnosing the issue and then offering me different solutions in an effort to save money. His honesty, expertise and professionalism were very much appreciated!

Nettle Repair was amazing. Really great prices compared to other company's we got quoted for. I was surprised with the competitive pricing they had. They came out and we had the whole door replaced. It was done quick and was able to work around our schedule. Our door was super old and other companies told they would charge more because of how difficult it would be removing the old one.I have recommended my family and friends to Nettle Repair. They were really knowledgeable and gave a lot of advice on the garage door. Highly recommend calling them first before going through the hassle of a salesman trying to upsell you somewhere else.

Our garage door was damaged and we were unable to open and close it with the garage door opener ‐ this was at the beginning of January. Justin was quick to respond, was able to find a black garage door within a couple of days, and installed it the day he picked it up. Plus he was the best price of the quotes I got! We had some concerns about the door after installation and Justin came out the day I contacted him. Excellent service and great to work with. I would highly recommend Nettle Repair for garage doors!
