I have been buying the Mini Farmer Sausage for a few years and love the flavor.I would like to know if there is anyone out there who is finding small pieces of bone in them. I broke a tooth from biting on a piece of bone in one of the sausages.I have found small pieces of bone in the mini sausages a number of times.

One of the best farmer sausages in western canada. Steam in shallow water till cooked then wait till all water is gone, roll sausages in juice.

Wow, just discovered this pork in our local Co Op store here in Red Deer... This is the best pork I have ever tasted.... tried the racked pork roast, the capacolla style ,and wow, it is do tender and juicy, and the taste is superb... My wife hated it when I cooked pork, she said it tasted PIGGY, ... well this stuff has her mouth watering...I spray olive oil on the capacolla style pork shoulder roast, then roll it in herbs and spices and slow cook it on the BBQ, and well, it is just to die for. Well done to you farmers.... best pork I have had since I left the farm 50 years ago..

Very friendly staff.. Live load, in and out ( balanced load on tandems too ) in an hour with complete papers. Can use weighing station sclae just before crossing Emerson border.
