The professionalism and expertise is top notch, but what we really appreciate is the compassion they have shown to my family and our beloved pets over the years. My Cavapoo has been a patient here since I brought her home from the breeder. We often stop in during our walks and get a treat and chat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's very convenient for us as we can walk for our appointments and get her groomed there as well. Charlotte is always excited to greet everyone and get her treat.

I've followed Dr. Gibbs where ever she's practiced for 8 yrs for care of my American Bulldog who has a chronic condition. She is by far the best vet I have ever met. She is truly an empathic soul when working with my boy... and has always helped me with his continuous needs and ongoing costs very reasonably. She even sent me an email of a new treatment that I can buy on Amazon to help him... just because she knew it would help him. Dr. Gibbs is the best!As for the staff at Sixteen Mile, they went out of thier way to make sure I got the prescription I needed when I didn't get thier email because I forgot to update my info with them.I am very impressed with the effort of care they put forth to make sure that my buddy got what he needed.I now live over an hour away from Sixteen Mile and Dr. Gibbs, but will make that trip everytime my buddy needs care... they are that good. I highly recommend!

Luckily, our puppy is quite healthy so we only go see the vet for his annual checks. The doctors, technicians and all the staff at Sixteen Miles Vet Clinic are amazing - patient with our boy, very kind and helpful.
