Complaining about this strata because we have small children and constantly smell smoke drifting into our home from the smoking neighbours. The premises are already built so small and close together- strata needs to enforce a smoking bylaw for people on patios and balcony’s.This is becoming a real daily health hazard.And to the neighbours smoking along the Main Street with front yards- have some consideration for others, especially children.

Staff was very friendly and professional but the townhouse designs were not something I'd ever want to live in. Way too small, view of powerlines, 4 narrow flights of stairs from garage to roof top deck, carry all your stuff up and down 2 flights of stairs to have a bbq. Could have been better thought out.

Decent area but the quality is still subpar. I mean if you never left North America and can't compare European standards then sure... these are solid. But unfortunately building standards are extremely low and developers of course take advantage.

Just moved into a Berkeley Village townhome; am very impressed with the quality of workmanship. The family-run builder, Ikonik, has excellent customer service and are quick to resolve any issues you may have. I would highly recommend them. Also, the Frontline Realtor sales team is terrific, and dealing with them has been a pleasure. Kristen & Charmaine are knowledgeable and helpful.
