Working with Brad and his entire team was awesome. They built us our dream home and helped walk us through every step. Brad was always available to answer questions make recommendations and was just an all around pleasure to work with. After almost a year in our home we have no complaints and everything is still working great.

Brad is very professional and provided a detailed and clear to understand quotation/scope of the work. Brad built a custom home for my husband and I in 2021. From the moment we met him he was extremely professional and kind. He was with us throughout the build to answer questions and regularly sent us pictures of the build on days we were not there. Brad is a hands on builder, you deal with him during the build not a dozen other employees. He is honest and stands by his work. If you get the chance to have a home built by Brad you will be very impressed! He is not your average builder! There is a reason he was voted #1 builder of the year!

As a subcontractor I have done many jobs for Brad. He is very well organized and gives you lots of time to complete the work he requires. His job sites are safe and clean to work in. He looks to use good products that perform well and will last. The feedback I have heard from the homeowners who have used Frontier has all been positive. We have now been in our Frontier home for two and a half years, and love it just as much as day one. We came across and purchased the home when construction was almost completed, so we missed out on choosing finishes. Fortunately - the finishes that were chosen were fantastic for the space, and it was clear that the home was built with care and quality. Our only regret is that we didn't discover Frontier sooner, as we would have loved to build from the ground up with them!Dealing with Brad throughout the purchase process was an absolute pleasure. He was (and continues to be) honest, responsive, and more than fair. His passion for the job is clear, and he truly cares about each and every home he builds. Any questions or concerns with respect to our home were answered and addressed very quickly.When the initial landscaping was delayed, Brad spent an afternoon weed whacking the entire property himself, and even personally delivered extra grass seed and fertilizer when the initial seed didn't take. This was above and beyond.When we inquired about finishing our basement a couple months ago, Frontier once again responded promptly, and provided a very fair price for the space.Whether you are looking to build your first home, or dream home, Frontier should be your first stop!

Frontier has built our new home from the beginning to the finish. The quality is beyond our expectation which was high to begin with.Brad is polite, extremely responsive, and knowledgeable. He was able to accomodate all of our custom modification requirements with very reasonable budget. We have been collecting our own requirements during the past 5 years and this house has them all built-in! His team members are just as friendly and the quality of the finish has been immaculate, both interior and exterior.He even delivered the house earlier than the agreed closing date! Yes, even with COVID delays. We are really grateful for that.My wife & I still can't believe that we are living in this house that is problem-free and fits our lifestyle so well. We are still complimenting Brad and his crew every day as we discover more of our new home.

First time home owners and absolutely love our home! We are so happy with the experience and timeliness and care that went into this build. Brad kept us well informed through all stages of the build and we will most definitely use frontier homes again. No regrets with this experience. If I could give Brad and Frontier Developments a 10+ rating I would. Dealing with Brad and Frontier Developments has been an absolute pleasure. How many builders deliver on budget and ahead of schedule (two weeks ahead of schedule to be exact)? We were in a situation of selling a home quicker than expected with a closing date earlier than what was desired. Our inquires with a number of local builders in Belleville offered a year end close at best. Brad reached out to us to offer a scenario that gave us a country" lot with a custom home design that was both practical and gorgeous. Brad worked closely with my wife and I picking colours and building materials even at times meeting us at the local building supply locations to go through the selections one by one. The process was "watch making" precise with Brad. Any visit to site was welcomed and was often greeted with friendly trades. The experience from start to finish was exceptional and we are now living in the house of our dreams. We can't be thankful enough for how well this all came together. From our first meeting with Brad, we walked away feeling inspired and confident that we could put our trust in him to build us our dream home. That proved to be well founded as we worked together on the planning and selection processes and throughout the construction. We could not imagine that it was possible to have such a stress-free and rewarding experience. In the end, Brad delivered a home that was beyond our expectations. I hired Brad to build a house in 2017 and he was nice and pleasant - until I handed him a check for $50,000 and that’s when everything went downhill. He became bossy, rude, argumentative, and confrontational for the remainder of the build (which he never finished - we both agreed I would take care of the final grading so I wouldn’t have to deal with his bad attitude).He threatened me three times to take my money and walk away from the build for the pettiest of reasons such as one time I said I wasn’t happy with the downstairs bedroom location. He hung up on me mid-sentence on the phone and I had to get our law firm to intervene to make him finish the build. If I questioned anything about my money or my home I hired Brad to build his response would often be that if I didn’t like it he would walk away. It was incredibly stressful.I showed up at the construction site one day as the excavator had a full bucket of expensive stones left over. Brad had instructed him to “bury it”. There were hundreds of dollars worth of stone there and the money should have been returned or the stones should have at least been saved for landscaping. He was burying my money.Twice during the build he promised to help me fill out the HST rebate forms and included it in his estimates to make the price look lower than it actually was - but when it came time to apply for it I asked him multiple times to help me and he refused. I even held back 10% of his pay through my law firm for a couple weeks and he still refused to help with the rebate papers. Since it was verbally promised twice and not part of the contract the law firm couldn’t make him do it. I have a disability and struggle with paperwork. It would have taken him 5 minutes to fill out the forms for me but he wouldn’t, for no reason other than cruelty or laziness, I’m not sure which.Brad lied, he’s rude, he didn’t care about my money, he didn’t seem to understand he was working for me, he’s difficult to communicate with and spent hours arguing through multiple emails rather than fix problems. I do not recommend this company.
