Very good, very professional and fast service. I called them on a Saturday and they were able to replace the hot water tank on the same day. They arrived on time and was able to finish the installation in less than an hour. I'm glad I picked ERM plumbing & heating.

Great service! Cristian talked me through some initial trouble shooting and diagnosis on the phone and was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. He explained everything prior including price range and then took the time to explain the work completed after. I would recommend ERM!

I chose ERM because of their great reviews ,and the service I experienced was alligned with the five star rating. I hired them for two jobs: removal of a garburator/installation of two new drains, and the installation of a 75gallon hot water tank. They were on time for both visits, professional, took care and attention in my home, and answered all questions I had. They explained the completed work at the end and everything looked very clean and installed properly, all for the agreed price.ERM is my only plumbing service provider from now on, and I plan on utilizing more of their services in the future.Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend ERM Plumbing and Heating. I had them install 2 new outside faucets and a new hot water tank and not only did they provide fast and skilled service with good prices, Cristian was so friendly, professional and communicated everything I needed to know about the equipment. Hired to reinstall existing garage heater during a garage rebuild. Heater was only 18 months old. Within a few days, exhaust heater disconnected and fell apart. Upon further review, pipes had been cut too short for overlapping flanges. Exterior vent pipe cut poorly. The work was something they should not be proud of. Our contractor who hired them was embarrassed. ERM took all of our leftover parts from the original install which did not belong to them. When we called to complain, they said that we must have done something to it. Untrue. Although we paid a ridiculous $2100 for this shoddy install for existing equipment, we decided that we would not have them back on our property to repair after the work we had seen.

Since they finished their previous work earlier, they came within an hour of my call to fix my dripping faucet. Very helpful already on the phone, answering all my questions. These gentlemen provide not only professional work, but also high quality customer service. I will definitely use their services again if needed and recommend them to my friends.

I called ERM (based on reviews) for a dripping faucet, it wasn't an emergency and I didn't indicate that it was, but Nick said he was near the area and could come later the same day (during regular business hours,) so I agreed. It was nice that he could come so quickly, but I was charged $220 + GST ($231) for about 20 min work and a new part in the faucet. Seems to me that this is excessive pricing, and I feel I was overcharged for this work after seeing how little time it took to fix.
