These guys are the best, man. Only pawn shop I know that goes forward beyond for the customer. Only pawn shop I know of who actually try to repair things for you, too. They were unable to fix something one time, but replaced it any way for no extra charge. That's doing things right.Kudos.

Very rude worker there with short hair, poor attitude felt disrespected and while he was servicing the item and processing the ticket his attention was else where always getting side tracked like he absolutely did not want to take my item. I will not be going back there at all go to Money Express they been in business for years and they're friendly to you and helpful.

This is a very unprofessional place of business. My 13 year old nephew bought himself a phone there for his birthday. I was there with him, the phone never said locked and they didn't tell us we needed to pay warranty. I went back with him they would not unlock the phone saying they didn't know how? Really? I suggested a refund, again no were not helpful just rude, we will never go there again and I urge anybody else not to go imagine ripping off a 13 year old kid, just sad!

I noticed every positive review was exactly the same month. Fake reviews from friends and family perhaps?? LolMy experience is entirely the opposite. Rude, greasy hair staff with terrible customer service skills. The prices on electronic items rival Best Buy prices, so no point buying anything. Especially the gold!!! Just go to GMG Jewellers or essentially anywhere but here and get it brand new, for lower prices! That's seriously how bad it is! Cash Canada is by far superior and can test gold and diamonds right in front of you! Now that’s SUPERIOR SERVICE!Oh and my review is current based on current staff. I'm not paid or friends and family with fake reviews.

Google says closes at 8pm not 7:50.... if you close at 8pm you close at 8pm not 7:50pm or 7:40pm not 7:30pm... 8pm... their sign even says 8pm not 7:50....

Guy working was very rude and ignorant, went to sell a few items which he was going to buy but changed his mind because he didn't want to do paper work" and basically accused me of being a thief.My scientific calculator has my name engraved on the back which I showed him

Rud black long haired dude. Scoffed at my reason for being there, and outright was rude about it. I've been doing business with these guys for awhile now and they have been alright but now I will never do business with a place that treats their customers like they are a bother. If you guys dont want to buy chromebooks dont be rude about it.

Do not take your items to this shop - the store managers and employees will steal whatever they like and blame past employees for missing items.

I spent my last bit of money to get to the store before 8pm closing time. I got there at 7:53pm, seven minutes before closing to have a employee to tell me that they closed at 7:50pm. I tried to call there at 7:20pm several times and no one would answer. I am a regular customer and it would be nice to post on there website that they close at 7:50pm and not at 8pm. I could of gone to Cash Canada instead. Not happy at all.

I am satisfied with the service there and they are very understanding people.
