After 2 years they respond to tell me the circumstances of the delay fall into a “grey zone” with no chance of recovering any funds. For all I know they got something and kept the money for themselves. There is no transparency in their dealings. You’re not provided any evidence of the “work” they do. Based on the current macroeconomic climate and other reviews here this company likely won’t be in business that much longer.

Depuis la reponse de la compagnie aerienne,je suis sans nouvelle d eux, alors que c est un cas tres simple ( annulation a moins de 14 jours d avis).De plus, la demande qu ils ont ecrit a Air Canada etais rempli de fautes et tres mal fait. Mais, c est surtout le manque de suivi qui est decevant,meme pas d accusé de reception.Finalement,j ai recu un courriel me disant qu ils avaient contester la decision...a suivre

S’ils peuvent faire une commission, ils vont vous aider (en fait juste prendre 5’ pour remplir un formulaire de réclamation de la compagnie aérienne).Sinon, il ne répondent pas.On a eu un cas simple… aucune aide.On a eu un cas complexe… aucune réponse!!Bref sauvez de l’argent et remplissez la plainte vous même!!!

Des mois après avoir rempli le dossier et demandé des suivis face à l'absence de nouvelles, silence radio total. Cette compagnie semble être une coquille vide. Ce manque de rigueur est quand même embêtant compte tenu de la mission et du nom de l'entreprise. À quand un Volenretard-enretard?

Would not recommend. They got the money back from Brussels Airlines, but never let me know or reached out to inform me.Volentard last correspondence was that it was a legal grey area and I would have to send claim to German authorities.All along they had already got the refund on my behalf. Wasn’t until a year later I contacted the airline who told me they sent the money to Volentard long time ago.Took about 2 years.. would’ve been easier without them. This company bets on its clients forgetting and giving up.

Nice variety of locally brewed beer (loved Kilt beer). Very good food with local spin to it.
