Unorganized, smells, and poor product presentation is ridiculously rampant around whole store.Mind you some ones garbage is someone else's treasure, I get that but no this place has dramatically went downhill in every way.I keep looking for my treasures but lines are drawn after awhile.

I am a huge fan of thrift stores and love finding little treasures. Someone else has passed on to others.I am constantly checking value village atleast a few times a week, and it's a bit out of the way for me but it's always worth it. I love the staff they are all super helpful and always greet you at the door and the security guard does to they are always smiling.They donate a portion of they're funds to the boys and girls club in Kamloops which is super amazing and another reason to shop here.I always recommend value village to all my thrifty friends.

First time at Value Village and I was impressed with the variety of products. You have to take your time and go trough all the stuff but definitely you can find the right item if you are patient enough. I found after 20 minutes two cotton cardigans with $10 and $14 which usually are $60-$80. For the money you pay I think the quality is more than you can ask for.I went second time here and I found a great vintage wool blanket. It is clean, odourless and looks like new overall. I paid $20 for it but a new one is around $100.

Pretty good selection of stuff, they seem to have a theft problem because they have security all over the place. I did manage to find a fabulous fur hat.

Hey, if you like paying too much for clothes that someone else was going to throw out anyways, do I have the prefect store for you! They're stained. Torn. Probably haven't been washed. All for the absolutely ridiculous price of $39.99. I go here for books, maybe a board game (hope all the pieces are there) ... or perhaps you enjoy putting together a gently used 499 piece puzzle? Sure, if you have an afternoon to spend then you are going to find the 5 fantastic pieces on the rack ... and hopefully they don't cost you next month's rent. But . Yeah . Great store to pick up a couple used books.

I have issues with this business #1 the kicker they got and are getting rich from people donating to big brother and sister. Which most people think they're donations are going to a local charity when they are definitely NOT. The other is their prices on items ( that are donated) are ridiculously high and are jacked on name brands and just high priced on everything in store! Stop scaming people when they think its a charity

ALL Value Villages are far over priced but this is a decent sized one. The layout is easy to follow and the staff are fairly helpful and courteous. It was the first time I had visited since they switched to self check-out. That threw me off a bit but it was a fun visit and my peeps found some items to purchase so it was worth the trip!
