I visited this place recently and had their breakfast which was Scrambled Eggs, Planted based sausages and Pancakes and I was quite happy to get plant based sausage option as I do not eat meat, also had their French toast which was quite good as well. Giving 4 star because it’s expensive which was okay as it’s a tourist destination but then it’s nothing extraordinary as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. The waiter I had took forever to our order. My table of 4 ran out of creamer and we asked 2 waiters for more creamer and they completely ignored us. They brought out our food, I was missing my pancakes with my order, and they didn't even give us utensils. By the time we got utensils our food was cold. The waiter brought out the wrong pancakes didn't even say sorry. The only good thing was my pancakes were hot.

In Niagara Falls with my family and decided to have breakfast at IHOP. The foods were delicious. The kids love their fried chicken, and my wife loves her strawberry banana pancake. A nice place to have your breakfast when you are in town. Our server, Arewa, is very nice and very attentive. The service here was quick from the moment we were seated until the food was served. Kudos!

I ordered French toast with strawberry and banana. My son chicken and waffles. Our food was good and the service was great. Everything was good. My son wants me to add that they have the cleanest washroom.

Deliscious food. Great service. We had an issue with something in our drink. It appeared to be attached to the ice. I brought it to the attention of our waiter and he immediately apologized and gave us another drink and didn't charge us for it. One thing to look out for is if you are a large party, we were 8, the tip is already included in the bill.

I was in the Niagara Falls area in late August/early September 2022. We decided to visit this IHOP location after of our excursions. We went through an arcade and took the elevator upstairs. We were seated immediately after coming off the elevator. The prices were rather interesting and really expensive. For 3 of us the bill was well over $100.00. They food was good I ate just about everything on my plate. I wanted scrambled eggs with cheese. Don’t think you’re getting it the way they do in the US; my eggs were scrambled with the cheese sprinkled on top of it. The sausage was absolutely delicious. At the time of my visit there was only regular maple syrup which didn’t bother me. If you’re a flavored syrup person you may want to check to see if they have it first. Not sure I’d visit this location when I return as the prices were expensive. Our waitress was however very pleasant. The restaurant accepts cash both American and Canadian and card.

We were 8 people in 2 separate tables. While we( parents) got the breakfast and finished it, we noticed the second table still waiting for food!! While I talked with the very young manager, she didn't say even sorry! Just mentioned not acceptable excuses!Meanwhile the mene price was very expensive! A glass non alcohol drink only 5$!!! Never come back again

Quality 5 | Quantity 4 | Variety 4 | Ambience and Staff 4We always wanted to visit this restaurant in Niagara and we were not disappointed. Perfect breakfast place and lucky enough we got a perfect place facing the giant wheel.Food and services were as per expectation.Must try their chicken fajita omelette.

This was our first visit at an IHOP. We were actually surprised; the food and its quality is good. We found it a bit pricey.
