This is my third year as a grad student and I have been here many times. I haven't had a problem with booking. Both Dr Chin and Dr Strakacz are very nice and attentive. The nurses are also friendly.

I have seen two psychiatrists here and I found them unprofessional. The first psychiatrist pretended that he didn't hear me three times when I tried to explain my symptoms. He changed the subject to something completely different and that made me very confused. Something traumatic happened and I felt destroyed, but he insisted that I was simply being anxious because of school work and prescribed medication for anxiety. I did not feel anxious at all.The second psychiatrist did not believe that I was depressed and instead said it was just mood change". She did not do an assessment to come to this conclusion. I have a diagnosis and have been taking medication for depression for years. I have seen multiple psychiatrists they all said it was depression. She also used the word "foolish" to comment on something else I said. It seemed to me that she held some negative biases

Had an appointment here. The receptionist was nice and, although a little inefficient, did a good job in getting my appointment. The doctor was very nice and professional and did a thorough job with my condition. Although the wait time in the clinic was a little long, it was no different from other health care systems in other areas of the world ( even private ones ! ). It took about a week to secure an appointment, so if you really need emergency or semi emergency care- maybe this is not the right place to be. Overall, good experience.

My doctor is wonderful, the policy here is not good. If you missed an appointment for medical reasons you still get punished for not going. Like what?

The staff is really nice but it is impossible to book an appointment even with a week's notice (for both, mental health and physical health services). I called to book an appointment with a dietitian after a physician's referral, and was told that the wait time was over 50 days. What bullcrap!

Waited a month for an appointment for it to get cancelled last minute, and now I have to wait a few more weeks to see my doctor. Staff are rude and passive aggressive, shows no empathy, management is really disorganized. Avoid if you can.

I would say this is the worst service I had ever experienced. Regardless of the endless waiting time, the center canceled my appointment because they told me the doctor could not work in the university on that day. Since you could not work on Monday, why did you provide the time slot accessible to patient. Meanwhile, if our student canceled the appointment randomly, we need to pay for extra fee ( around 30 CAD) each time. However, doctor could cancel patient’s appointment randomly without getting approval? Why there will be some unfair rules like this? Is it really a university organization that tries to serve students? Indeed disgusting!

It's like they don't care about their patients at all. All of my experiences have been frustrating, rude, dismissive. Took me over a month to get a prescription renewed and my pharmacy contacting them 3 times, plus me contacting them multiple times. Ran out of my medication and was dealing with related side effects and they didn't care and wouldn't help. Rude, mocking comments were made about my mental and reproductive health. I didn't know doctors could be this negligent. It's hard to find a GP in Toronto, but they are not worth your time at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am a registered UofT student. I passed by the clinic and asked to use their weight scale. They made me wait for 30 minutes to get approval for a task that required 2 seconds in a mostly empty time of the clinic. The people here may be insane.

Maybe my issues were not too medically relevant but the doctor started with “we are running a bit behind, so it will have to be quick”. Completely unprofessional and baffling
