Absolutely pathetic booking company. They are located in Toronto, completely terrible communication. They even confirmed our move the night before and totally messed up. Do yourself a favour and call the subcontractors directly. Saves you the truck fee and other fees. The local sub contractors were awesome! Joe and Nate two thumbs up guys!

Amazing customer service! We look forward to working together again. The movers were prompt & efficient. They came to my home, wrapped all of my furniture with speed and precision as well. They moved my heavy and bulky furniture so gracefully with no issues at all. They were very professional and moved everything quickly and seamlessly. As well as everyone in the office when I was planning. Very easy and stress free! And no hidden fees or charges. Have another move coming up and will definitely use them again.

Metropolitan Movers from Thunder Bay was not only the most inexpensive moving company in the area, they were the most professional. I was able to plan my entire move with one of the supervisors before a single box had even been lifted. After we had planned out as many details as we could to calm my nerves, as I had always moved myself, I set a time and a date for the move. The movers were professional, courteous, and followed every instruction that my neurotic self could come up with throughout the day. Metropolitan Movers gave me a truly stress free and wonderful moving experience.
