Wonderful honest customer service. Found a beautiful copper colored clock which matched my office. Very kind to young children despite the store being filled with expensive beautiful museum quality craftsmanship.

This place is just AMAZING. The people were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The clocks, oh my goodness, the clocks, are absolutely gorgeous. Blue ribbon awards are mounted around the large showroom, testifying to the quality craftsmanship. On the second floor is a cutout display where you can be the face of a cuckoo clock. Lots of parking in the area.

This clock shop was wonderful. They make and sell pendulum clocks of all varieties as well as wind up music boxes. Not little boxes, but 30 long with metal cylinders in them that play from 6-12 songs each. Amazing. The sales person gave us a tour of the clocks and Machinery that makes the clock works. Fascinating. Very interesting and knowledgeable people. A definite stop when going to Sisters Oregon."

This place was utterly fascinating. The number of clocks and the beauty of those clocks was remarkable. Just looking at the various clocks would have been enough for me to rate this five stars, but we had the good fortune to meet Ed Beacham who started the company when he was 18 years old and who created both the internal and external components of most of the clocks on the premises. He gave us a personal tour of the shop explaining about various clocks and what was remarkable about them as we progressed. It was incredibly interesting.
