This company makes complete garbage, Do not spend your money with them. Their tents" are a joke. Buy a cheap tent from REI and you'll be way ahead of the game. Their return policy is a joke

Napier Outdoors customer service is excellent! I had an issue ordering a tent and I emailed the company late at night. I received a response first thing in the morning from Grace F that answered all of my questions. I felt valued and respected as a customer and unfortunately that's rare. I usually only write bad reviews ( yes I'm that guy) but I also write 5 star ones when they're deserved. I'll return to review the product (Sports Truck Tent) but I am a huge fan of Napier and the way they treat customers. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Or call/email and ask them any questions you have- they are incredibly responsive. 10 out of 10!

Can't believe the incredible customer service from these guys!! We had a Napier suv tent from 2017 that despite needing a few small repairs, was still in incredible shape. Thanks to Ann we were able to get some new poles and a new rainfly without breaking the bank!! The tent is good as new now, and we're looking forward to our first family camping trip in years!!! Luv you Ann, you're the best!!! Awesome job to the whole team!! Not sure of the name of the guy from the back but he went out of his way to find a workable rainfly solution for our older model tent!! Thanks so much again guys, you saved the day!!!

Bought a Napier truck tent in 2017, and I love it! I had a couple of poles that were showing their age and was pleasantly surprised to see they can be purchased on their own, as the tent itself is still in great shape 5 years later. Poles came in quick! One of them broke on first use, and I contacted customer service regarding a replacement, which has before the date I was told it was being shipped (if you ever get Sana- she’s awesome!!).Highly recommend Napier!

Wow can’t say enough good things about these guys. First off the Backroads SUV tent I bought is absolutely amazing. It’s exactly what I was looking for and really adds a lot of space for my camping trips. I had a small tear in one of the seams- contacted Joanna and she was a doll to work with. Filled out the warranty info and they are sending me a brand new tent. Best experience I’ve had with a company in as long as I can remember.

We love our backroads truck tent! We have had to replace the vestibule poles twice now (one time was probably our fault, we were camping in the Badlands and the winds were CRAZY). Their customer service team is always SO nice and helpful. I love that you can buy replacement parts easily on the website for a few bucks. Came for the cool outdoor gear and staying for the 5 star customer service :)

Always wanted a hatch tent for my Honda Element but didn't want to pay the dealer price. Finally found a great alternative through Napier Outdoors. Went down to see the people in St. Catharines and was able to test-fit one of their tents prior to purchase.Just love this tent. It is the Sportz Cove 61500 model and fits well on the Element; a little tight around the lower door but haven't had any issues with the seams or zippers tearing. A much better price than Honda dealer. It makes a great difference getting that extra two feet of space in the back of the Element versus trying to sleep with the rear doors closed. Held up to a storm on the first occasion of use. Have loads of people stopping and asking about it.

what a great tent!!! we got one that is for the truck box and the link to the bottom fit our family and more. Soo easy to set up too. all components are heavy duty this is a 10/10

This company has the best customer service, very kind and pleasant to talk to. They also have the best products, high quality and dependable. I would highly recommend them and there products any-day.
