OK Tire

I have come here a few times now, and Edwin and his team have always been so welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional in their services provided. They are also very quick to get me in for an appointment. Highly recommend coming to this location!

FIRST: Repair was for new brakes, rotors, and calibers on my front end. While driving on the Sea to Sky my caliber fell apart on my passenger side and destroyed my rim. Passenger tire could not hold airA mechanic in Squamish confirmed it was because a CALIBER BOLT WAS MISSING. OK Tire did cover the cost of replacing the caliber. When I drove it back to Burnaby, OK Tire also replaced my rim (used a spare tire in the meantime.). They refused to change my tires saying a insurance claim would not cover it since there was no damage on the tires themselves.SECOND: it took about a week of driving until my caliber fell. In that time. My timing belt was worn out and battery light came on. I had to get towed to OK tire. Next day they fixed the belt. I asked them to test the Battery and Alternator. Test came back as a PassNext day battery light came on after driving about 15 KM. I Asked if they really tested both battery and alternator. They did. WHAT THEY DIDN’T do was rev my truck passed 3000 RPM and that’s when my alternator failed. I missed a day of work in Squamish because of this.My second story can be a common mistake. I understand that. However, in my first story. I could’ve died on that highway. That’s my point.

I called asking if they had availability to do a last minute tire swap. Chris was able to fit me in right away, and it was all said and done within a half hour!! Great service, friendly staff. Highly recommend

These people were honest and really know what they're doing. They could easily have taken advantage of me, but they didn't, and I can tell they're the sort of people who know that honesty and trustworthiness is what brings people back.They really tried to fix my tire so I didn't have to replace it, but they couldn't, and they took me to show me why they couldn't really make it work. Then everything was handled quickly, and they ran through a good, well-priced set of options.They're casual and nice, and they just seem to know how to handle everyone well. They deal with all types of people with all levels of knowledge, and they do it well.

I had a tire on with a slow leak and took my vehicle into OK Tire on Kingsway. They were really friendly and professional. The tire was repaired quickly and I have had no issues with the tire since. I’m going to need some new tires in the coming months and will be going here to get them. Thanks for the great service!

This location was recommended to me by my daughter. I can report that I have been very happy with Edwin and his team for the work they've done on my Oldsmobile Alero. If you are looking for honest, experienced and friendly mechanics, they should be your first stop for service.

Thanks a lot. James & Rob and the entire team!! They have given me a very impressive service. One of my tires is leaking air and the technicians were trying to help me out. They are very patient with me as I had no idea about the tire lock and my car is very messy. Eventually, we found the tire lock from my car and they were able to find the issue after removing the tire. There was a nail on the edge (on the side that is facing inside of the vehicle). The technician, James, told me the tire cannot be repaired since the nail went inside of the edge that the patch would come off easily even after repairing. He told me to call the dealership as I may be able to get a free new tire if I have extended warranty. While I was calling the dealership, he put back the tire and pumped extra gas to make sure its safe for driving. He also gave me tips on how I should drive in the meantime. After all, I went to the office to pay for the service fee. Surprisingly, they didn't charge me for anything as they said the tire is not repairable. I am so grateful for their professional attitude and honesty! It's my first time to visit OK Tire. I am so blessed by their sincerity. Thank you again!
