I've been a client of Trish for over a year now. To say she can help you change your life is an understatement - she has literally saved mine. It's one thing to have credentials. It's another to have a therapist who can apply that knowledge to your situation - and bring empathy and genuine caring. If you need help - and want to change your life - then look no further. Trish is truly a thoughtful, kind and gifted human being.

They care about the quality of service but the money making aspect and treating clients like a monoply game when they sue your counsellor if your counsellor provides you with services if your counsellor stops working there is not prioritizing mental health. Its prioritizing money and business. Even if your counsellor really wants to help you manage your mental health, they can't. She will call lawyers and sue!!!!She has also threatened to sue some negative reviewers and they took down their review, so you're not seeing the full picture of the different experiences people have here. They make the counsellors sign a contract that your counsellor must refuse to provide you with your much needed mental health support if they work somewhere else in the area. Profits over mental health.Thumbs down for ethics, $$$$ and employment too. Highly litigious.

I had the privilege of working with Trish McLean (Owner) and her team of therapist at the locations in Brampton and Bolton. Trish is a very caring, compassionate and committed therapist to her clients and her staff. She takes a genuine interest in the health and well-being of her clients and go above and beyond in her treatment to address their needs. Her team of therapists are very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended to anyone seeking help and guidance.

I've had my fair share of bad experiences with mental health professionals to the point that I started looking for private-pay-out-of-pocket ones. I'm so glad I did. Rosita is amazing. She thoroughly explains things and helps me along mental health recovery journey in a very compassionate manner. She's professional, friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend left a review that was deleted and now as a previous patient I am just going to say 1 thing. I sincerely hope you don’t put another person in the horrible dangerous position you left me in. There was no follow up after extreme negligence. You should have some ownership here. You are dealing with people’s lives make sure you are qualified to give treatment and you educate yourself on domestic abuse. I agree with Kale’s review you are not qualified and shouldn’t claim you are. I hope this helps someone else by making you consider.

If you are seeking someone that is compassionate, honest, empathetic and are gifted therapists then do not hesitate in scheduling with Trish and her team!

Room is nicely decorating to bring comfort to clients. Location of office is great. High price for senior therapists (170 for 50 minutes), no packages or discounted rates. Excellent web portal to book appointments and see availability. They do offer virtual sessions and by phone. They do check in after a few months to see how you’re doing if you haven’t been in.

The Story Isn't Over has been a welcoming safe place for me to heal as I explore the traumas from my past and build experiences for the future. I have been a client of this clinic for well over a year and would recommended it to anyone looking for extra support on the journey through life. There are many therapist to choose from (I recommend reading their individual bios for what resonates most with you but if unsure, the staff is very dedicated in helping you find someone that is a good fit.)With covid different protocols were put in place which made me feel comfortable to come in office when possible, as well as the online booking system and virtual appointments have allowed me to flawlessly attend, even during the lockdowns and stay at home orders.In times of crisis, the staff ensures that you are looked after, (even if you had had no prior history with them).I have been in and out of many therapy clinics, and The Story Isn't Over has had a major positive effect on my life and I am extremely grateful I made the call to them.
