Service is horrible. They stop making chicken like an hour before closing. Won’t answer their phones. Food is bad. Anywhere else is better to eat than here.

I've always enjoyed the food at kfc. I have noticed portions have gotten a bit smaller but with the inflation of everything i understand. The quality is still good and I'm still full after I order.

Not the best. Chicken did taste good but portions were very small. Returned only to be given the same portion. Fries tasted like old oil. Staff not friendly. Felt like i wasted my money. Please work on customer service and customer experience.

Absolutely terrible. They will get your order wrong, consistently, every single time. And not even one thing will be wrong with your order. Every single thing will be wrong with it, including the drinks and the sides. I NEVER give bad reviews. But this was a seriously awful experience. I had to wait with my kids for an additional 15 minutes for them to remake my order because they gave me someone else's order, and even after they remade it, they still got it wildly wrong. And once I got home with my food (I should have checked it again before leaving), I tried calling 3x to speak with someone and no one answered the phone.Awful, awful, awful. I wasted $35 on food no one ordered or wanted.

Terrible !!!! Advertised it closes at 9pm815pm they will not take an order of chicken saying it’s too late!!! Never will I go there again! Business should be closed permanently!!! Zero stars!!

Disappointing size of portions.. they cut the chicken into smaller pieces to make more money.. the chicken use to have 2 breast and 2 ribs.. now same chicken has 4 breasts and 4 ribs.. thus smaller pieces

Service was extremely long and quite unfriendly unfortunately! Food was alright and I was just left waiting quite a while. A lot of racket was to be heard from the staff from the back to the front and vice versa that I felt could have been conducted better or managed better!I'm not one to get annoyed easily or to give an anywhere near negative review but the standard isn't great in a lot of aspects and needs to be worked on.

Terrible food, been going for years over the past year it's gone completely down hill. Unfriendly guys working there..you feel like your being a nuisance even though that's what they are getting paid for is their customer service, even argued with me about what my meal comes with even though I always order the same thing then when he figured out he was wrong was still rude, seems to me they only hire foreign workers with relations to the manager. Chicken was soggy and disgusting, place is probably disgusting in the back. Even my macaroni salad tasted unbearable im curious if they ever clean the fridge where the store it, or the containers being store in a moldy environment or something.
