It is clean and open . The workers r amazing..helpful...polite. wheelchair accessible and walker accessible . Change rooms r clean . My first time there and can't wait to go back . I use to go elsewhere and got tired of not being able to swim half the time and other reasons ......so very very happy ..

We visited the pool during the winter break. It was crowded but the kids had fun. There is a water slide and the water is kept at a good temperature, not too cold.

Public place where you can swim 1 hour a day dipends from the day look the calendar online , have your lock with you .Membership cost 47 dollar for month ( swimming pool , Jim and possibility to book ather sport

Great place to take your kids swimming. On weekends they have a fun swim and they open the slide up for older kids and adults. My 3 year old has a blast with pool noodles. They have floaties and life jackets for kids

Used to go here for workouts a few years ago and now I go through the winter for Sunday morning oldtimers basketball. A very nice facility with good staff and clean conditions. Always being used but rarely crowded. Happy to take advantage of the facilities.

I participate in a gentle yoga aqua class once a week.I really enjoy it.Our instructor is fun and engaging.

Would like to report terrible customer service by the staff at the front desk at the Peterborough Wellness Centre, specifically the manager. Mar 18 2023 12:30 . Showed up early for fun swim with my wife and 2.5 year old to find a long line out the door. Manager came out to cut off the line right before us in line saying they were at capacity but we could put our name down and should be called soon as people left with about 20 mins. Waited in line patiently for close to an hour with a 2.5 year old before asking if we could go in as we noticed lots of swimmers leaving the facility and others walking right into the pool. Only to find that no one was tracking the numbers. Then when we along with other parents told them we witnessed at-least 15 swimmers have left, staff told us they were watching the numbers, which they weren’t. Only one staff was at the desk who was dealing with people signing up which would make tracking impossible. Then we see the manager we talked with earlier escort a large group of kids and adults ahead of all the families that have been waiting for an hour in front of us into the pool. When confronted she said the large group was a birthday party and they were accounted for in the capacity numbers. This after telling us that we were next in line and as soon as 3 people left we would be allowed in. When I confronted saying there was 15 people that left before she escorted the group ahead of us, she told us we were lying. She then cut me off saying she would talk to me somewhere else if I wanted as she didn’t want to talk about it in front of kids. We asked if there was any chance we are going to get into swim today, she wouldn't give an answer. I would be embarrassed if my employee acted in the unprofessional, disrespectful manner the manager at the facility did. I will never come back to this facility.

I used to really enjoy coming here until the main gym started only running pickle ball, I respect everybody deserves to use the gym but it gets to a point where everytime I come here it is full pickle ball, other people are trying to use the basketball court too to play actual basketball!

My girls & I always have a lot of fun in the pool under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards. 1st time were all able to go on the waterslide. Fun fun!

Beautiful swimming pool, 2 gyms, great customer service and help staff. Pickle ball was great fun and the washrooms were very clean. Would highly recommend this space for your workouts.
