We were missing a burger and the workers at the window refused to give us the missing one. The lady said, “I packed that bag myself” so she wouldn’t give us the missing one. She didn’t even look at the receipt or even care about what we said. Not good customer service at all. Any other location or restaurant would’ve responded better, given us the missing burger, or at least looked at the receipt/order again.

My husband and I came here for lunch after doing some shopping. There was no line and the lady that took our order was very friendly. Our food was ready within 3 minutes maybe, really fast! The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

Spent 35$ and didn’t get drinks until half way through food. Food took 15 mins after payment to receiveAsked for a mayo after waiting an additionally 5 minutes and was told had to pay 1$ for the sauce.Could work on customer service

I'm not sure wether this review will be seen at all or not, but I wanted to share this so future employees will be treated better.I used to be an employee here at this A&W. I've had no experience prior to getting the job(this is important).I started in the middle of October and just got let go recently. I would like to share my feelings as well as what happened.• I would get into trouble for things that I was not taught. Example, I ended up getting reprimanded for not checking the bathrooms every 30mins, and the tampon box when I haven't been told by my trainer that was expected of me.(I was only told to clean it at a set time, and then check it again before closing)(even when I stated something along the lines of, Sorry I didn't know that." I would get reprimanded anyways.)• Favoritism within the workplace. You can tell that when you are new within the workplace

Sadly, the service continues to go down hill. Noticed a price discrepancy on the menus board in the drive through, alerted the server at the window and the snide remark of so what" from the servers supervisor at the drive Thu will surely ensure that I will not return...I wasn't expecting anyoney back even though the listed price of the food I ordered was a full dollar less than what I paid...I just wanted to alert the server before someone with less patience and understanding came through the drive thru...after two years of being attacked by anti maskers at this location one would think a kind alert of a potential issue would be greater with at least a thank you...nope...so cold fries

Food is always hot and tasty. They have been having to close the dining room due to lack of staff which makes it a huge pain for those of us driving transports. Can use drive thru walking but the other drivers don't take to kindly to us doing that

The food was really good, didn't have everything needed for the Poutine that we wanted but it was still an enjoyable meal
