We recently had Bark Security install our security system. We found Dan to be so professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was helpful in answering all of our questions and was patient in taking us through the installation, as well as a follow up email and phone call. Dan was 100% behind following COVID protocol, was easy to work with and was personable. We would highly recommend Bark Security and would definitely call them for any security needs we might have in the future.

Can't say enough about how great the customer service has been, as well as the app and the system itself. From the first install, through any follow ups and even a quick repair the service has been warm and friendly. Dan in particular has been amazing!

Overall great experience. I was a little hesitant at first about a sales person coming to my door but there was no pressure and he was really knowledgeable. Set up was quick and I was shown how to use the system and the app. The app is great! The best part is being able to get a hold of bark security right away for any troubleshooting issues. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Dan was very helpful in fixing issues we had with our investment property after the originally installer was unresponsive. Took the time to fix the issues and everything works.Service was very good and we ended up switch our residence to Dan as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and quality product.

Just had Dan improve my existing system substantially, very happy with the service even though it took a little longer as the existing system was not planned well. Dan is very knowledgeable and offered many options to choose from. I would highly recommend Bark Security.

We had Bark Security Install Cameras & Access Control at our warehouse. They came in about half the price as the other two quotes we received.The Job did take a little longer than originally anticipated but the end result was great and we saved thousands was also great.Customer service during and after installation has been above and beyond expectations.Dan the owner has provided me with help over the phone a few times when I was having issues due to changing something on my end. He should have billed me for the time as it was 100% my fault I was having issue but he didn't which I appreciated.Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended, Thanks Dan & your team!
