Worst experience! My friend was yelled at in public for a mistake by the employee who does not speak or understand French. Her English was bad as well. Furthermore, she insulted her by calling her a liar" and "fake" and refused to listen to us either... We are planning on complaining to the Quebec office regarding the law 101 about lack of French in Thai Express."

I ordered a paid thai. And i got what can only be described as a soup its is drenched in sauce and has absolutely no vegetables. Worst Pad thai i have ever had. Completely uneatble.

Honestly I don’t know how to start with this review.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE costumer service, I’ve never seen something so bad.I went to eat with my family yesterday after Disney on ice. The lady at the front desk was so rude, BIG attitude, she seemed like we were bothering her just by ordering food. Anyway, we ordered we waited for our food, and by the way, every single table in the restaurant was dirty. We had to clean our own table in order to eat. We ate, the food was okay. and afterwards, there was another family with 2 kids. All we hear is the cook yelling at the lady super loud, I think the were understating what the restaurant staff was speaking on their language, and they were saying very mean things about the people that was eating at the restaurant. This was such a bad experience, I never write any bad reviews, I usually just stop going to the place when I don’t like it. But this time it was more than a bad experience, it was abuse.

Amazing crispy chicken from Thai Express! Don't underestimate them for their fried chicken! It is far better than some specialized chicken place. Those are perfect to eat as appetizer, while watching a movie or on the go. They are not greasy and oily. They are perfectly dry and crispy from outside and juicy inside. I love the taste specially when combined with their sweet and spicy sauce. It is a perfect combination. I highly recommend!!! You cannot go wrong!!!

this is the last time I visit this place! the lady and the man working there are extremely rude. They barely speak French and shout all the time, knowing that we asked them if they'd rather speak English. we had some questions about the menu but they answered shouting at us so I made my order and left to the car as I couldn't stand them! plus, they didn't include any utensils nor fortune cookies as they usually do. Worst experience ever!

Appreciate they are open durning the electricity pan but I asked for general tao with no tomato but instead they are making general Tao sauce replacing it with tomato sauce

Today 50% of Laval was without electricity and we ended up here to eat supper. No fuzz and great value for money. If you want fancy Asian restaurants you have to pay three times the price. This is a fast food place and you eat food fast before moving on. I read reviews who want red carpet service and pay $13 - well you got one piece of the puzzle wrong

The restaurant it self is very dirty and disorganized, the lady preparing the food is the worse cook ever, we order 2 plates and the smell of burned was coming out our boxes, we tried the food and it was horrible and burned, we asked them to change it and the lady started acting like a complete incompetent with no manners and no customer service at all. We ask her to remember it was medium spicy and she answer in a very unprofessional manner saying i know i know, we tried the food again this time it wasnt burned but it was extra spicy, as if we didnt tell her to please make it medium spicy. This is a horrible experience i spent 35$ in this place and it was a total waste.
