Waheed Naseem, Support Specialist was assigned to contact me and discuss the increase premium of my home Policy. He is truly a support specialist. In a way that his genuineness to help and true intention to correct anything that may have been noted inaccurately to correct status in order to satisfy your reasonable request. His manner of honestly all along the conversation shines through.He is very level headed and while personable, focussed on the end results. In fact during our conversation few things that he suggested didn't plan with the way he wanted to reflect on my policy and he had to consult to find a way which again showed me his entire intention towards helping and to serve the need of the customer. He is consistent with what the knowledge he has gained within insurance industry, which benefits the customer to be treated properly. I enjoyed the conversation as all my request and challenges were met one by one to ultimate happy results.

Quality and service as this location has gone downhill over the last year. Tried numerous times to get hold of customer service to no avail after receiving my recent updated policy details. Accidentally pressed sales and got someone right away who was not helpful and quite rude. Tried calling back a couple of days later and ended up getting someone from head office who was extremely helpful with all of my questions.
