I called MA & KH Concrete to cut an entry door and a 60 x 40" window to help make my basement a legal suite. I was happy to meet with an owner the following day after my call and have him walk through my site and look at each cut to ensure I excavated enough material for him to work and he advised me on some issues he could see. He was on site the following morning cutting my concrete!I gave him the exact measurements I wanted and he tried as best as he could to perform the task. Joists were in the way preventing the full height cut at the spout my engineer requested so he suggested to move the start over a few inches. From that point he then cut it as straight and plumb as possible and even brought out his gas powered saw to complete the cut beyond what his electric unit could do. Hardly any pep needed to mount my door in the space.He stayed well past dark to finish both tasks and was focused on the job the whole time despite my dense concrete foundation taking an unexpectedly long time to cut. At the end he still thoroughly washed down his tools so they would be clean and dry for the next days job.A man of few words but dedicated to providing excellent workmanship and possessing a strong work ethic. He has been added to my favourite contacts for the next time ANYONE I know needs their services!"
