Love this store!. It's the only stokes we shop. Great deals and even better now that they are not closing now!. They are getting new items in so it should have great stuff on shelves soon.

I absolutely love Stokes and their products. This review is solely on the customer service at the South Edmonton Common location. The woman working said Hello but that is about where it ended. She offered help to pretty much everyone else in the store. Was it because I'm a younger customer and she didn't think I was going to buy anything? I was shopping for my mom, prepared to spend a couple hundred bucks. I couldn't find half the things I was looking for so wound up only getting a few things. I'll do the rest of my shopping online. If you want all the physical stores to close then keep up with the poor customer service.

Good quality products with reasonable prices.Lots of things to buy for the house hold particularly for kitchen.I hope and wish that they could survive this tough time during COVID-19.I request my fellows to go physically in the store to buy anything rather than online.

This is a great store for all your kitchen needs. They have a great sale on now on just about everything and the clearance section is an additional % off the lowest price. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Their help is exceptional. I recommend this store for all your kitchen and dining room needs that need that extra special touch especially for the holidays.

If there was a no star option I would have chose that for the bad behavior of people working there.I bought a blender from there an wanted to return it because it wasn’t working. Long story short. The women working there started shouting an pushing me out of the store. This is not the whole story but I really don’t want to go through the detail of how rude she was. She said you don’t know how things work in this country. What???? I was so shocked and was in tears the whole day. I did send an email to the customer service and they sent an email back that I can return it since it has warranty. I couldn’t gather my self to go back there. Me and my husband went to return but I just was shacking so much and he went to return it himself. It’s funny they refused to take it back again and were starting a fight that my husband showed them the email. They got it back with a very bad attitude and mentioned “it is only this one time that we will refund you. Open your eyes in your next shopping”. Do they really think we would ever go back???

Love this place, you'll find treasures here for gifts or yourselves. Avoid taking kids in this shop, just go yourself to enjoy and buy. Customer service is nice too.

I was in your store today to exchange a gift I received. My husband and I found a set of beer glasses with a sign next to them stating that they were on sale, as well as you have signs all over your store saying 20% off. Well when we got home we discovered these glasses were not in fact on sale, or were rung up incorrectly. I gave the store a call just to confirm if they were on sale or if we were mistaken, I just wanted to know if they were rung up incorrectly or if we misread the sign and I was met with an incredibly rude person. She was interrupting me while I was trying to read off the description on the box and then said those are not the ones that are on sale. I let her know that the signage may be in the wrong place and she barked at me that sometimes people move the signs around. I did not receive an apology or anything was basically made to feel that this was my fault as well as other customers fault because apparently customers come in the store and just start moving signs around all over the place.With this said, we are happy with the glasses we got and had no intention or returning them even if they were not on sale, we just wanted to confirm because we thought there was a sale happening at your store. I was so appalled with the attitude of this employee however that I will absolutely not be returning to this store ever again. I have worked in the customer service industry myself and know that this is not an acceptable way to treat customers either in the store or on the phone. I just wanted to advise that this particular staff member, unfortunately I do not know her name as she did not identify herself on the phone, at the location at 2015 99 street in South Edmonton Common may need better training in customer service.Your business has lost a customer in us and I would not recommend your store to anyone in the future based on this experience.
