Would never go there again! Ted the owner advertised a 19' boat with a 160hp engine, when I got there it was a 16' with 140hp. Then, when I started asking a lot of questions about the boat he insulted and embarrassed me telling me I was just looking, and that I should go to another dealer. But screw him, I did do that and did buy a different boat!! Not a person I would ever do business with. Take note, many of these reviews mention what a terrible attitude the owner has.

Took my boat here after having issues with it and they went above and beyond with advising the best options service wise as well as pricing. Will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance.

Extremely disorganized. They have lost track of dropped of equipment. You have call numerous times to get updated on if and when the equipment will be fixed. They give one price and charge another. All staff are extremely rude.

Took over 2 months for them to service engine. They never call you, you have to call them. Forget asking for a loyalty discount. Used boat 3 times after they serviced it and had problems all times and even got stuck out on the water. Brought it back and they replaced a $2.00 part and charged over $100 for labor. The owner Tedd has a terrible attitude and flipped out when I asked if they would turn it on in front of me so I could see that it worked. Horrible customer service, I'm sorry I ever recomended them to my friends.

I had my gas tank flooded with water from a mishap at Lake George. Ted and his mechanics were able clean the fuel injectors, pump the bad gas from the tank and get my 115 four stroke mercury running like new for a fair price. The service was excellent.

I've known the owner Ted my whole life. He was and has been a genius his whole life. He studied it years ago and is by far the best Mechanical Engineer(Boat Service Expert) in this area. When the other marina's mechanics have problems they go to him. Sometimes he is stressed...because he servicing and helping 25 people. He is the best.

I had my boat worked on at the end of season. Teddy went beyond my expectations with service. I know he had more time into the job doing research and troubleshooting than he actually charged me. I would for sure go back to him with his knowledge and service. It’s so hard to find a trust worthy mechanic and he is one for sure.

This company really knows boats. They completely redid my high-end engine, fixed plumbing and septic and electrical problems that were caused by another company that didn't know what they were doing. They worked quickly and efficiently, charged fairly, communicated well, researched appropriate equipment to refit the boat with until they got a definitive answer, and they are going to be my boat guys from this point forward. I can't say enough good stuff about this great company.

I had a problem with my boat motor not running right. 2 Days Later the work was completed and the bill was not that expensive. My boat is running great!! The owner explained what was wrong with the motor in great detail.Thank you Drydock Marine

I took my Glastron there and they found water in the gas, pumped it out and it ran perfect. They recently changed the gimbal bearing on my Chris Craft and it runs like new. Service is excellent and prompt, prices are more than fair. Attitude? Everybody has a bad day now and then and it's hard to be nice to customers who want everything for nothing and free advice/training for a DIY'er. Be fair with them and you'll get more than that back. Bravo DryDock Marine and Thank You!
