I love my iced coffee. And this place has the best iced coffee in the tri cities. Not too watery, not too bitter and it doesn’t need a bunch of syrup to taste great. Staff is super friendly too.

went to the drive through this afternoon to pickup my mobile order with my friend. she decided she wanted a drink so we figured it wouldn’t be a super big deal to just ask at the window if we could get a drink. after she asked, the woman working the drive through was so incredibly rude and completely stressed out my friend. she was harassing her asking her to “hurry up” and tell her what she wanted to drink as there was ONE singular car pulling up behind us into the drive through. we will not be returning to this location again as the staff was so rude upon us asking for a drink, and completely rushing my friend for no reason at all.

Usually a good place to order from except for the long drive thru. I order on app most of the time so not a big issue.Today though when I got home I found out they gave me two black coffees when the one in the image is suppose to be a blonde vanilla latte.

Popped in with my toddler today for a hot chocolate. The barista must’ve overhead me talking to her because when we got the hot chocolate her cup had her name written on it and was covered in little stars, flowers and hearts that had been drawn on in pen.She was so happy; it made it a great experience for her. Great, friendly staff.

Super friendly staff. I dont get how they can be so happy and energetic at 6am but it probably has something to do with espresso shots. But moving on. This place is great, they're never sold out of anything it seems. Service is fast, friendly and professional all at once.

As a local guide, I have been observing people’s service and vibe. Morgan and Eva both do an amazing job serving the customers. They have the skills and efficiency in the way they handled the preparation and execution of the drinks. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!
