After spending the past 2 year doing real long hours sitting at home office, I started having lower back , hip pain . I went in to see physiotherapist Navneet , and within two weeks the technique she shared and practiced with me had immediately relief. Nav listens, is very good a assessing , and I really appreciated that she didn’t make it extra work I had to do she showed me exercises , stretching that I could incorporate in my gym routine.

I arrive with a lot of pain in my left shoulder. In 4 days of treatment and laser machine the pain went out. Excelent service.

I had chronic lower back pain and right shoulder bike injuries. Been visiting Ming for massage/acupuncture and Navi for physio, they are a great team. There is still some lower back soreness once awhile but no more pain. So much better compares to just a few months ago. I am active again. Thank you and I highly recommend them!

I had a painful right hip, a very tight right calf and a chronic left shoulder and neck problem. During the first visit, Navneet thoroughly diagnosed the pain problem at all 3 places. Then showed and explained the exercise I must do to heal quickly. Then she started her treatment.During my first visit, she worked on all 3 parts of my body. My hip problem was gone after the 1st visit. Calf and foot problem was gone after three visits. She also worked on my shoulder and neck during every visit.
