Matthew takes a lot of pride in his store and it shows. He greets my kid by name every time we go there, and he gives good discounts too. This is our go-to toy store!

Really nice people, and a surprisingly good place to pop into for hobby board games as well; their prices on even major board game releases like Wingspan and Azul are bar-none the best I've seen at a retail store. Given time, I'll bet they'll become one of the best spots in the region for hobby gamers. Not just a place for kids!

Best local toy shop around. The staff are very friendly and will help you find what you are looking for or give you ideas. They have lots of good quality toys at great prices. My recent of many times visitng was for their annual 40% off playmobil sale.

Wow can't believe someone else had the same experience I had here with feeling like a criminal before even doing anything!!Their clothing rack out front of the store caught my eye while on my way out of the mall. I hadn't planned on stopping in because my 10 month old was whining and wanted out of the stroller. The customer service" person mentioned to me that the clothes were a great sale so I went to the back to check it out. My son started really losing it and I had to put the $13 girls shirt I was holding down to pick him up and decided to just leave it there and come back when he wasn't with me.On the way out he ran up to me and asked if I had a daughter while inspecting my stroller. I thought he was trying to make convo so I said "yes". He then asked me where the shirt was that I had. I told him I left it with the other clothes at the back and he said "it's supposed to be out front" like he was scolding me! While holding my crying son

Love this place! Can always count on them for good prices, wide variety of product and good customer service. Their playmobil annual sale is unparalleled. I have gotten some incredible deals for Christmas gifts!

Rude and racist.I went to the store and the owner kept acting like I can’t speak English. I am Korean and I can speak English. The owner kept saying hello and hi in a rude and sarcastic voice. I try to tell him that I thought he was talking to the people beside me. But he yelled and made a scene. Earlier i saw a angry parent and a crying kid leaving the store. Worst place ever will never go again.

Amazing store, selection, and staff. The owner is always helpful and caring to help with any questions or suggestions needed. We have been customers for 15 yrs and have always bought all our toys here! Thankful for this amazing store and owner and staff!

My daughter and I happened upon this store killing time before a movie at Cambridge Centre. The owner introduced himself and made a very good first impression. I enjoy small businesses like these and my daughter loved the store!

The rude man working there accused my 10 year old autistic Neuro divergent daughter of stealing and yelled in her face demanding an apology because she put a stuffed toy in her shopping bag thinking that’s what she needed to do , I explained it to the man working there and he continued yelling at us and now she won’t talk again and needs to go to the doctor because she has trauma from her past and sensory issues . Never going again . Awful people and cruelty to disabled children. ( also I should mention I was watching her but he stomped over before I could say anything)

I strongly disagree with all of the one star reviews, I moved here about six years ago, i’ve been going shopping here for six years. I’ve never had an issue with the store owner in fact, I think he is the nicest dude. He is very easy to talk to, a great sales person. Very nice to my daughter and myself. My daughter collects Breyer, it’s a great little store. They have lots of stock and fair prices.
