Duncan arrived on time to sharpen my kitchen knives and garden tools. He was very courteous, professional and did a fantastic job! I am enjoying using all my sharpened knives. Our original appointment was cancelled due to Covid, so I rescheduled with Liam. I received text and email reminders of my appointment and Liam showed up at that time. I had him sharpen a set of kithchen knives received as a wedding gift 33 years ago. He worked outside by his car, making the process simple and contactless.Liam was pleasant, professional, respectful of our knives, and took the time to answer my questions, including why I was no longer able to sharpen them myself with the stone that came with the set. After about an hour of his time at a very reasonable price, I am now able to easily slice where I was sawing before.This process could not have been any more simple and I highly recommend to anyone in need to sharpening an array of items beyond just the knives I had done.

I’m new to SLC and I’ve always gotten my kitchen knives professionally sharpened at least once a year just because I feel like they do a better job than I can achieve myself. I was SO excited to find The Roaming Stone — a mobile knife sharpening service!? I’m used to sending my knives out and not getting them back for at least a few days. He was so nice and VERY fast. And my knives are SHARP. They provide pretty thorough care instructions, too! Highly recommend!!

Set up with appointment the day before. Liam showed up on time and was very professional. He showed up to the Northville Hills Golf club ready to work. He sharpened our house knives. (knifes our bar staff and banquet staff uses) He was finished within about an hour. He was able to accept mobile payments with a debit or credit card. I will use them again in the future.

Gerald came to our house and did a fantastic job sharpening our ten year old Shun knives. He smoothed out some of the chips and nicks and the knives look almost as good as new, and are razor sharp. Our neighbors brought over their knives as well and had them sharpened.Perfect customer service. Would recommend this service.

We used the Roaming Stone service for the first-time last week and we were very pleased with the service and the results. We have high quality knives, both regular edge and serrated, that have not been professionally sharpened for a long time. The Roaming Stone website is very user friendly and allows you to schedule the service. Stephen arrived on time and sharpened several knives and hedge trimmers on site. It's great to have our knives easily slice tomatoes again. We highly recommend their service.
