I can't say enough about Tim. He was so amazing and fast. Also he is very honest and kind. He showed up on time. And always get the job done in any tricky situation. I will be hiring him again when I need more plumbing service.

Long story short... Our main toilet upstairs had met it's maker, leaking throughout the basement 3 days prior to Aug. long weekend (ugg)... I had made numerous calls out to other companies and in return had 2 seperate last min cancellations. Day 8 - again calling around and Tim was the only one who answered his phone. I explained our situation hoping he could come that week ( at the very least). He called me back 4hrs later with a small window open in his day! ( He literally saved me from attempting a YouTube DIY ha!) Tim did a full leak inspection, new install, and left the bathroom clean and tidy after his work :))In summary, I am super impressed with Tim's responsiveness and quick service ( busy times). He was very professional, polite, efficient and to top it all off his rates are honest and more than fair! Valhalla will be my go to for now on in the future...Thanks again!From a HaPpY Flushing Family! :))

Tim and crew at Valhalla Plumbing and Heating are legends. We had an issue arise last minute at our AirBnB in Cultus Lake. These lads came in on short notice, worked their magic quickly and professionally, and had extremely reasonable pricing. They are most certainly my go to going forward. I contacted Tim about a plumbing job. As I live in a strata, approval by the Strata Council is required. For my submission ,additional information about the service provider is required. The paperwork required is a bit onerous but Tim provided all the information I needed in a timely manner. I appreciated his professional response in addressing my need. I would definitely use his services again.

I found these guys via Google. I didn't know them at all until I called a couple of weeks ago. And....What a gem! Tim has taken such good care of us. Quick, fair and honest. Great people doing fair and honest business. So rare these days!!If you have a plumbing job and don't have a plumber, call Tim.

Firstly, i contact a company name Pettie's plumbing & heating and they gave appointment between 2-4 p.m.next day. They didn't show up nor they bother to call and let us know that they will not be able to come. I called them and informed that nobody showed up and my wife have taken an off just to get this work done. Mr. Dave said that the person will come In next 1hr and 30 min. That was so unprofessional at their end. I called again and told Mr. Dave not to send his person at my place and he started apologising and said he will give a free service. I told him that I don't need any free service rather behave In a professional manner.Then I called Valhalla plumbing and In such a short notice Tim came to fix the problem, which is commendable. I would say very professional and honest guy. Keep up the good work Tim.

Very responsive and good communication with regular updates on his arrival. Tim installed two faucets and a sink for us. He was fast, friendly, and wore a mask the entire time he was in our house. Highly recommend his services!

Could not ask for a better plumber. I had no hot water and needed a new hot water tank. After calling Tim he was able to change his schedule and be at my house within an hour. I would not hesitate to call Tim in the future if I need anything plumbing related.
