I had the dream to build my own house for a long time. When I finally could afford to build it in Richmond Hill, ON, I gathered a team of professionals through my contacts and Dana Smart Homes was one of the best ones I had the chance to work with. My interior designer and Arian from Dana Smart Homes worked very well to implement the shades, lighting, security, touch screens, thermostats and many other devices to be embedded in the central theme of the design. I love the Control4 system they developed. Contrary to what I initially thought, the system is straightforward to use, and it actually does a lot of things I need it to do automatically. I've been building houses in GTA since the 1990s. Those days, smart home automation" was technically basic telephone and cable wiring. I really enjoyed the smooth collaboration between my electrician and Dana Smart Homes staff. They go through our CAD files and make the best suggestions.
