The girl at the front gate needs to lean how to direct traffic a little better, and her tall skinny long haired boyfriend needs to check his attitude all that we said is your parking system seems flawed. And the younger long haired skinny guy came over to give us attitude telling us to take our business else where, DONE I won’t be back ever if the skinny long haired kid is there. Check your employees attitudes there’s a way to talk to paying costumers and a way not to and he clearly shows how not to speak to people, especially paying costumers.

A bit rough around edges, but they’re in the gravel business not fine dining. They work hard and have good prices and product. Kind of fun going there to look around the place. Keep it up guys.

So far so good. Very helpful in explaining the difference between the soils that they are selling. Bag delivery was over a week? Maybe bad timing? Decided on truck load about $30 cheaper and more flexible delivery. Will repost after delivered.

Worst customer service. Stay away from this place. We ordered a product from them and called to ask for it to be placed at a certain area. The lady that answer the call was rude and proceeded to humiliate us over the phone for no reason. We were nothing but polite but it didn’t matter. This unnecessary behaviour is unacceptable. I didn’t expect them to have a 5 star customer service but also didn’t expect to be treated this way for no reason. We are never giving them our business again and advise anyone to stay away from Vilaciis.

The landscaping company I work for orders from Villacci's all the time. I think they have excellent service whether it's bins for fill, garbage or having gravel or soil delivered they have always been punctual with delivery and never gotten our order wrong. On more then a few occasions I have been to there Scarborough yard and there delivery drivers are experienced as well the staff there has been very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Villacci's to others

I needed sod. Called them and said I was on my way. 30 mins or so. I got there only to find they had sold all of it. It's not that I wasted 30 mins each way, it's that the day was shot and could no longer get it today.I like to deal with smaller shops in my neighborhood but let's face it, alot of times they simply are not up to the task. I'll take my consumer cash to big box shops. Go Home DepotVillaccis fails.

Nice people but kept me standing around for almost an hour waiting for my stuff to be loaded. No sense of urgency. Good prices
