They were very busy and handled it well. It was a stop on our long drive. I had to use the restroom while the family ordered, and it was as expected. Dirty, toilet seat needs replacing. The rest of the restaurant was clean. Staff was friendlier here then in my city

Very long line up at drive through went through quite fast considering how busy it was . Go there every day always friendly service and always have gotten my order correct. Goes to show if you have the right manager and the right employees you can still get the job done efficiently. Keep up the great work. Best Tim Hortons around.

Good attention, well serve sandwiches I liked craveables roast beef and crispy chicken look small but a delicious I prefer it that a greasy hamburger

the girl working there was rude and did not understand what we were saying. the drinks had brown stuff on the lids and when we told the workers, they wiped it with a napkin which made the brown stuff fall into the drink. the bagels/sandwiches were really dry. the sandwich, which are supposed to have bacon, did not have a single piece. only one restroom had toilet paper and both of the toilets did not flush.

My husband bought a 10-pack of timbits recently from this Tim Hortons .As nd unfortunately there was not 10 timbits, in the 10 pack box , there was only eight and a half . ** The half" I'm guessing is just a timbit that has fallen apart

They made a mistake on my order - herb and garlic instead of plain cream cheese on my bagel. I couldn't be bothered to complain since I was hungry and there weren't any more bagels left of the kind I ordered. I noticed a lot of dust on top of the register and on top of the cover where the food was being prepared. It was right at my eye level and really noticeable. Hopefully the food prep counter is cleaned on a regular basis!

Stopped in at this location and went in to use bathroom and was so disgusting I was afraid to use! Toilets were covered in feces and dirt and sink didn't work. Floors in hall by bathroom have dirt and crude built up and looks like hasn't been cleaned proper in along time. This location is a mess!!!
