Minute Key
I have got a key done on the Minute Key machine. It was convenient however the key turned out a little rough and it is a little difficult to open door with the key.

The only downside for me was that I couldn’t pick out from all the key designs I could see in the machine. I got very limited selection on the screen.

The copied key does not work. Tried go back to Walmart where the kiosk is located was hopeless.

Minute Key
I went to Canadian Tire, and they cut me a key thicker than my original key. Needless to say it did not fit my keyhole and had to get a refund. So I took it to Walmart and used the Minute Key machine. At first I was skeptical including getting a third key for free. It worked out better than I thought. Very easy to use, large selection of keys, etc. Thank you Minute Key.

For the uninitiated this is a key cutting machine. Do not use this machine. Go to a locksmith or at least a hardware store and have your keys cut there. This machine uses VERY cheap template keys that are very flimsy. One key didn't even work. The price and convenience might seem like getting a key cut here is a good idea, but trust me, it's not.

I should have NOT even tried it like what the reviews have stated. MINUTE KEY, your product doesn't work at all, please STOP your kiosks operations until you have made some improvements in your machines. The reviews have spoken. I have emailed you for a refund request but not a response nor an acknowledgement that you have received the complaint and request. PLEASE, every cents are people's hard earned money.

Keys printed here usually work but the last one did not and they haven’t responded to the email provided for the 100% refund that is offered.

Not happy at all. It was just a waste of time, energy and money. The key does not work at all even after trying and maneuvering several times. I'm gonna go back to Walmart where I got this from a vending machine and see if they refund me without hassle. Doesn't deserve any star by any means. I just had to push on one star to proceed.
