Great shop! Fixed a small problem with my Dyson and told me the only charge was a smile.

We are very happy with the central vacuum, accessories and installation from The Vacuum Store. After sale service has also been first-rate, any questions/issues were immediately answered by the manager Allan. We're thrilled with our 1st-ever central vac, the results and convenience are amazing, would never go back! Thanks Allan!

Drove in from Almonte today to see if they could fix our central vac hose that wouldn’t switch on. The polite young fellow that served us was able to diagnose the issue ( a dead wire harness), and had a new one installed on the spot while we waited, within 15 minutes. We were so impressed with the fantastic service and the fact we didn’t have to come back to pick it up. Will definitely recommend The Vacuum Store to others!

Best decision made was to walk into the store rather than purchase online. Alan was wonderful to me and my wife and helped us make the correct decision. I was so impressed with everything. Our experience with Allan at The Vacuum Store has been nothing but a positive one! From the moment we first met them at the Ottawa Home Show over a year ago, we knew that this was the company that we were going to be buying our central vac system from for our new home. Allan and his team made the whole process painless and very informative ~ and we never felt any pressure at all! (Which, I have to say, is what turned us away from a competitor that we had been dealing with for over 25 years for all of our previous central vac needs!). He and Jane explained all the possible options for our needs and helped us make an informed choice. Their installer, Kerry, was one of the best we have ever had! They installed our central vac system in our new build.Easy to work with and very competitive.We have her one small issue since movie in with a part and they came right away on the Friday late afternoon to fix the issue. The service man was so pleasant and friendly even on his last minute service call Friday 5pm.Would definitely recommend. They stand behind their products and business.

I purchased a vacuum accessory package from Amazon from these guys. They really provided exceptional service answering all my questions and when I wanted to change the system up to a sebo it was no problem at all. This company is truly outstanding and provides the utmost best in customer service and quality. I made an online purchase from The Vacuum Store (Ottawa) via Amazon. It was for an central vac floor inlet. The one I received was defective and I needed a warranty replacement. I spoke to Graham and he asked me to send an email with the details. He was very pleasant. That email and a follow up email were not answered. I left several phone messages over the span of 5 weeks. None were returned. I did manage to catch him live one time and he said that the manufacturer was not getting back to him because they have had so much staff turnover" and would get back to me. Never got a call. After 5 weeks from the start of this I got tired of wasting so much time and called the manufacturer Vaculine (Canplas) directly . I got through to someone in customer support immediately and they sent me a replacement that arrived in 2 days! They were great! After this experience I left a message for The Vacuum Store store manager to call me back to discuss in lieu of posting this feedback. It has been a few days...no call back...hence you are reading this..."
