Party City

So I visited party city a few minutes ago and I was looking for the things that I particularly needed and I was confused between which Table cloth I should buy so i opened the one that I was pretty much sure I was gonna buy and It was exactly the way I wanted it to be. Yes, it could be wrong that I opened it but I was gonna buy it anyway which makes it right. The girl complained right away to the manager which is also okay because she was doing her job. The worst part is that the whole staff kept on checking on me every couple of minutes by giving me weird looks which made the whole shopping experience quite uncomfortable. Also, another employee came to ask me very smartly where did that table cloth went because she wants to add it to a “list” but it rather felt like she was accusing me for stealing. All in all I came in the store in a a very good mood but left in quite the opposite. And if it is that much of a big deal to open a packet or a box, then the employees should also check some other boxes in the store that were opened or worst torn and still on the shelves.

To be honest I went to Party City for the first time since I move to Canada.We went to get party stuff for my son's first birthday.Awesome experience and thanks to the staff for helping us.

Great friendly service. Store had huge stock and variety of party supplies. Prices are reasonable.

We went to the store on march 04, 2023 around 6:15 pm. There was a girl at cash. She had no idea where are things. She was so rude. We asked her do u guys keep anniversaries decorations? She said she doesn’t know. Then I asked her about the balloons that kept at front. She is like we don’t have that. In fact it was right there, we literally saw it. She just ignored and didn’t response. She needs to learn customer service and job duties.

Service is very slow. But the selection is great. I would recommend checking a dollar store or two before making your way here though. I have personally found items at hair the price at a dollar store identical to what I've purchased at party City.

They were in the middle of changeover. I feel there could be more pirate related things. The one clerk on the floor was very helpful. Due to the location I couldn’t load my Canadian tire rewards app as I had minima bars. Some good clearance at back of store. Good grad selection stuff. I’m a preschool teacher so I love Party City in general; for home and work.

Got super bouquet for my daughter's birthday. Paid almost 60 dollars. Ballon broke within 4 hours. The helium ballons didn't stay up longer either.

This store doesn’t provide price match if they have the same product in other locations and their website.Manager gave a very strange reason that the stores in other locations are owned by different people and they can’t do the price match. Aren’t all the stores owned by Canadian Tire? If not why are they using the same website and brand name?We had a Christmas party and had to buy a product during the week on 18th when we had tons of snow. They never answer the calls, hence we hear all the strange policies once you drive there, it was a waste of time and effort.
