Rama Tiles & Flooring Surrey

Great experience with price, workmanship, product variety and staff! We found the owner Baljit to be a very nice guy. He seemed to always there for us when we called him or he got back to us shortly thereafter. He was always very reasonable and very accommodating. My wife and I really liked him. We did a lot of shopping around and we ended up buying all our flooring and backsplash needs for 2 kitchens from Rama Tile. His installer was also very good and highly experienced. We also really liked all of his staff that we interacted with. :)

Worst customer care ever. We booked a bathroom tile service, paid for it a week in advance and tried to cancel after 1 day. They refused to refund us. We had to use the money to buy backsplash tiles from them. After we did the backsplash contacted them to return the extra tiles which they refused again. So think again before you pay...

Great people to work with! I am very happy with the customer service and product sold by Rama Tiles & Flooring. I would highly recommend this tiles store as they provide not only great selection of tiles with reasonable prices but also the excellent customer service!

Zero customer care. Refused to accept return of extra unused boxes of tile. Do not buy from them!!
