Une attente interminable pour les prescriptions… La pharmacienne ne se gêne pas de réprimander les techniciennes en laboratoire devant les clients… manque énorme de professionnalisme, c’est très gênant.

Il y aurait place à amélioration au niveau du plancher, service à la clientèle. Nous avons perdu notre bon service client. C’était bien avant la vente.

Don't know why I have to give medical information to get a cough medicine and wait 15-20 minutes to talk to a pharmacist so I left as usual unhappy with this place

A pharmacy that is NOT open on sunday!. Whats the use of having one! Not for a lack of employees for there are many people working in the lab and in general. Call a day or two before going for prescription. I hope a new pharmacy opens in Richmond. Do NOT recommend.
